VERY high quality stuff. Kinda pricey and a little funky. I love it. Last time there th President if the company was in the store talking to customers. Great customer service.

Awesome store, it has a really awesome layout and look to it. My favorite part though was the assistance I received. Otto was extremely helpful is sizing and different options. Great place, definitely going again

I must say this team is amazing! I witnessed a HORRIBLE woman, a REAL Karen. Scream at them. For what? A box! Yeah, she walked in demanded a box (thier boxes are very very nice, AND shouldn't be given away.) He asked for a reciept, EVERY STORE asks. He was simply following protocol. But unfortunately PRIVALGE played a big roll in this. She absolutely could not comprehend the word "No", she instead berated them demanding her box! Then announced she would be calling corporate. A real classy move. I would also like to state. SHE IS A MANAGER AT ANOTHER STORE IN THE CENTER! She went too far. The fact that they handled it with grace is AMAZING! This location is great!

Had a great experience! Bryan helped us out and we got exactly what we wanted. I accidentally left the store without my phone and he immediately called us to let us know. Give this man a raise!

Great customer service here. We were greeted and offered help as soon as we walked in. Both ladies were very helpful even with several customers in the store. My daughter ended up with a new hat and she loves it. I hope they get their a/c fixed soon! I feel bad they have to work in there with it being so hot.
